getting caught up!

its been quite a while. we went to denver (dillon, co) for thanksgiving with kev's family and had a great time. when we got back we had our first accumulating snowfall! i love snow! and so do the kids. it has now mostly melted but the kids got a kick out of it while it lasted.

had to show the class that chester braved the snow!my sister's team made it to the ncaa tournament in champaign illinois so we headed out friday morning to watch her play. always enjoyable for me...kids probably not so much!

this past weekend we also picked out our christmas tree. we go to a place that has a horse and wagon and it takes us out to cut down our own tree. we had to downsize a little this year, but i'm sure it will still look beautiful. it is up, but not decorated. tay told me i HAD to wait until she was home from school to do that! i better wait then.

it is so nice that joe and em moved back home...

i'm sure they are happy to start some family traditions

tay's friend preslie also came with us...she's basically part of the fam!
